COVID-19 Response
April 5, 2020.
During the start of the pandemic, the Center in partnership with the Maritime Odyssey Preschool surveyed our families to understand the impact of the pandemic on their lives and find out how we might be able to provide support.
After reviewing parent responses, the Center provided families in need with the following resources:

- $25 Stop & Shop gift cards
- Non-perishable food and lunch donations from Norwalk residents
- Tablet and hotspot rentals
- Odyssey Family Chat – A weekly series where parents received updates on community resources and advice from a board-certified counselor on how to manage stress and anxiety.
The Center is following all CDC regulations as well as guidelines of the Connecticut Office of Early Childhood. Until deemed safe, only Center staff are permitted into the preschool building.
