The Odyssey Family Executive Center of South Norwalk
At the Odyssey Family Executive Center of South Norwalk we understand that socio-economic disparities are the breeding grounds for generational poverty. We’ve taken a 2-Generation and collective impact approach towards tackling opportunity gaps that have hindered the families of South Norwalk for far too long.
Two-generational approaches emphasize the provision of education, economic supports, social capital, and health and well-being to create a legacy of economic security that passes from one generation to the next. Without high quality educational experiences for both parents and their children, the cycle of generational poverty will continue.
